Job Overview

Deebaco, an e-commerce fashion brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging social media content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and current fashion trends is a plus.
• Experience in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay knowledgeable about the fashion industry and competitor activities on social media.
