Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Pattern Maker with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Deebaco. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into technical specifications for production. This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker
• Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical patterns
• Knowledge of grading and marking techniques
• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and modify patterns based on design requirements
• Collaborate with designers to ensure patterns accurately reflect the desired design
• Ensure patterns are technically precise, with accurate grading and marking
• Conduct fit sessions to test and refine patterns
• Make adjustments to patterns based on feedback from fit sessions
• Communicate any pattern-related issues or concerns to the production team
• Maintain accurate records of patterns and revisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pattern making techniques
