Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate is a Malaysian resident, ready to start immediately, and will be responsible for managing client positions, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to source qualified candidates.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and client requirements.

Job Offer Management: Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the hiring process until successful onboarding.

Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and the job market to provide clients with strategic advice and insights.

Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

 

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferably with experience in agency or client-facing roles.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Malaysian job market

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and clients simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.

Immediate Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
