Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Automation Sales Manager for full-time positions in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of sales experience in automation technology. This role requires proficiency in sales strategy development and automation technologies such as PLC and SCADA. The candidate will need to manage client relationships and drive business growth effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies for automation products (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive knowledge of automation technology including PLC and SCADA systems (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in customer relationship management, focusing on building and nurturing long-term client connections.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and contribute to business profitability.
  • Ability to perform thorough market analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and competitive environment to position solutions strategically.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving company targets in the automation industry.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to customers' automation needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
  • Organize and conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our automation products.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote company services and expand market reach.
