Job Description:

Development of PLC & HMI Programs (Preferable programming knowledge for automobile manufacturing sector).

On site commissioning of Automation System & Trouble shooting.

Project Coordination.

Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA(Add-On) Preferable in Siemens, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi

Skills Required :-

·        Good knowledge of Machine automation.

·        Proficiency In: Siemens PLC such as, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500 IM151-8, TIA Portal, Simatic Manager,

·        HMI/SCADA Configuration: Siemens WinCC Explorer, WinCC Runtime Advanced.

·        Drives: Siemens G120 Drive series. ABB Drives

·        Allen Bradly PLCs: Compact Logix, Control Logix, Studio 5000, RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk View, Panel View Plus.

·        Mitsubishi PLCs: FX Series PLCs, Q-Series PLCs, GX Works3, GX Works2

·        Industrial Networks and Communications: Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus DP, PPI / MPI, Profinet, Modbus, RS232, RS485 Communication, OPC UA

·        Others: RFID, Barcode Scanner, Safety Controller, Festo, SMC
