Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team, specializing in the commercial kitchen equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project handling, site coordination, AutoCAD proficiency, and CRM management. The candidate should be capable of leading teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and managing the coordination between clients, vendors, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate between the design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Handle AutoCAD designs and ensure all technical specifications are met.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for upper management and clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service teams.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial kitchen equipment installations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling CRM systems and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of site coordination, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment or related industries.
  • Knowledge of project management software.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, etc.) are a plus.
