The candidate should be capable of leading teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and managing the coordination between clients, vendors, and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate between the design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Handle AutoCAD designs and ensure all technical specifications are met.
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for upper management and clients.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial kitchen equipment installations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling CRM systems and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
