Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Corporate Canteens, QSRs, and Institutional Kitchens.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, project, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong network with architects, consultants, and hospitality industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
