• Managing budgets: Contributing to budget estimates, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring budget guidelines are met 
• Communicating: Communicating with senior management and maintenance staff, and reporting to the maintenance manager 
• Performing maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as janitorial duties, and more skilled maintenance, such as plumbing and electrical work 
• Maintaining equipment: Ordering and maintaining a regular inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
