• We are looking for well-experienced candidates who can join our US IT Sales and recruiting team in UPPAL. Secunderabad .
• Responsible for mining existing accounts and also adding new client logos through business development
• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar account management/business development role in US IT Staffing
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, Interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Experience working with Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners /Direct Clients
• Managing team of recruiters towards attaining the targets 
• Good understanding of IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of technologies covering the whole gamut of SDLC.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Full-time requirements, and Bench consultants 
• Comfortable with Night shifts -EST timings (6.30 PM 3.30 AM IST )
• Excellent communicational Skills
• Team Player with a positive attitude
• Graduate/Post-Graduate
