• 2-4 year experience in US IT Recruiting, handling IT requirements from US based clients/ Prime Vendors.
• Target oriented, passionate to job
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing of right profile to interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from various Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder etc ),
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Thorough Knowledge on MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Full-time requirements
• Comfortable with Night shifts -EST timings (6.30 PM 3.30 AM IST )
• Excellent communicational skills
• Team Player with positive attitude
