Position: MBA Finance Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

Verification of Vouchers:

• Verify vouchers for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Tally Data Entry:

• Perform data entry tasks using Tally software.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Invoice Preparation:

• Assist in preparing invoices for goods and services rendered.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for invoice approval.

Quotations and Purchase Orders:

• Assist in the preparation of quotations and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely processing and documentation of purchase transactions.

Preparation of Payments and Receipts:

• Support in the preparation of payment vouchers and receipts.
• Verify payment details and reconcile with invoices.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements:

• Compile bank statements and reconcile with company records.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified.

Students' Profile:

• Basic knowledge of Finance subjects.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated learning attitude and willingness to adapt.
• Career-oriented mind-set with a passion for financial management.
