Roles and Responsibilities

1. Drafting and Designing:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Implement architectural and engineering concepts into drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design plans and resolve design issues.

2. 3D Modeling and Visualization:

• Utilize 3Ds Max software, as well as other relevant tools like Sketchup and Lumion, to create 3D models and visualizations of architectural designs.
• Apply rendering techniques to produce realistic and visually appealing representations of proposed structures and landscapes.

3. Site Supervision:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to communicate design changes and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Verify that construction activities are carried out according to approved plans and quality standards.

4. Project Coordination:

• Assist in project coordination tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of design revisions, site observations, and project correspondence.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for project management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.

6. Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in drafting, design, and construction.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of real-time experience in AutoCAD drafting and design.
• Hands-on experience in 3Ds Max software and other relevant visualization tools.
• Site visit experience is essential.
