Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of work experience for a full-time position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, Discrete Manufacturing, and end-to-end full life cycle implementations. This role involves working closely with clients to streamline their supply chain processes using Oracle Fusion applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on supply chain management.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Discrete Manufacturing (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in end-to-end full life cycle implementations (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of functional consulting and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Proficient in supply chain documentation and process mapping to ensure comprehensive coverage of client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex SCM issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, specifically focusing on discrete manufacturing processes.
• Conduct end-to-end lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to clients on Oracle Fusion SCM best practices, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment of functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions, making recommendations for future improvements.
