Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant for our Chennai location. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience and will join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral in helping our clients streamline their supply chain processes and adapt to the latest technological advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (Mandatory skill), ensuring smooth implementation and functionality.
• Proven expertise as a Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Mandatory skill), adept at analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Strong knowledge in the Discrete Manufacturing Module (Mandatory skill), facilitating efficient production and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management practices, aiding clients in optimizing their supply chain operations.
• Capability to deliver comprehensive user training, ensuring client teams are proficient in using the implemented systems.
• Strong documentation skills, critical for maintaining clear records of processes, customizations, and configurations.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations, from planning to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Provide expertise in the Discrete Manufacturing Module, assisting clients in optimizing their manufacturing processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from initial planning stages through to post-go-live support.
• Deliver user training sessions to ensure clients' teams can effectively use Oracle Fusion SCM tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all implemented solutions and customizations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any functional issues that arise during and after implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion SCM developments and recommend improvements to existing processes.
