Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring the efficient functioning of human capital management processes, and supporting business process analysis, configuration, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM (Mandatory skill)
- Strong proficiency in business process analysis to understand and improve business workflows
- Experience with configuration and customization within Oracle Fusion HCM to meet client requirements
- Ability to document functional designs and system configurations accurately
- Understanding of payroll processes and their implementation within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Hands-on experience in full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet client business requirements and workflows
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management
- Create detailed functional designs and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Support full life cycle implementations from project inception to post-go-live phases
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of solutions
- Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in Oracle Fusion HCM and incorporate best practices
