Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion SCM Functional Lead with expertise in Discrete Manufacturing to join our team in Chennai. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring 7-10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Fusion SCM and Discrete Manufacturing, with a track record of successful end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Mandatory skill) with at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Discrete Manufacturing (Mandatory skill) including implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in carrying out end-to-end implementations (Mandatory skill) for large-scale enterprises.
• Experience as a Fusion Manufacturing consultant, including module understanding and application.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Fusion SCM Lead in complex projects involving cloud and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Cloud SCM applications and their integration within enterprise systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Fusion SCM and Discrete Manufacturing modules for diverse client projects.
• Facilitate and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technological solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, configuration plans, and training materials.
• Provide expert consultancy and advisory services to clients for optimizing their SCM processes utilizing Fusion SCM technologies.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved system performance and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent project delivery methods.
• Liaise with stakeholders across departments to manage project expectations and drive continuous improvement efforts.
