Qualification : B. Com / B. Sc / Diploma Material management

Experience 3 to 8 year

Skills :- Compliance of GMP & GMP Documents, GRN Preparation, Receipt, Handling and Issuance of Material. Manpower Utilization Skills, Compliance with Internal as well as External Audits, Dispensing of Materials. ERP System, Follow and Implementation of Warehouse SOPs as well as other Department’s SOPs, Operation and calibration of balance, Performing all the activities of warehouse as per SOP. Review of Dispensing of Materials    

Rolls and Responsibility : Physical Verification of Receipt of Material, Coordinate with HOD for Material Receipt, Tanker Weight Verification and Unloading work, Handling of manpower in warehouse, Cleaning and sanitization of warehouse, GRN Preparation, Receipt, Handling and Issuance of Material. Handling of approved and rejected material, Issuance/Dispensing of all Materials as per User requirement, Drum Filling work through Worker from Underground Tank, Loose Material and physical stock verification work, Intimate to quality control for retesting of raw material and packing material,
