JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountabilities : 

a)      PROCUREMENT 

Sending enquiries to vendors, getting quotations, making comparative statement, negotiations & placing of order. Follow up drawings, QAPs (quality assurance plan), Inspection and test plans & schedules for timely deliveries and closing of purchase to pay cycle. Interact with logistics companies, customs department, packers & suppliers to get competitive prices.

b)      POLICES & PROCEDURES

To follow the policies and guidelines, SOPs for the efficient procurement & Logistics. 

c)      Reports

Daily report on the Project & Procurement status.

KPI

a)      1. Timely recruitment of employees within the budget.

2. Timely arrangement of all admin related services for Hoskote Plant.

b)     Effectiveness of policies (& deviations if any).

c)      Weekly MIS report without fail

5(A) Education Qualification: -B. E/Diploma in Engineering

5(B) Years of experience: - 4-5 Years of experience in procurement, projects & manufacturing
