JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Safety engineering experience in executing projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery plants. 

•Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

•Process Safety Deliverables for FEED and DD projects, Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedule & drawing, Plot Plan and Equipment Layout optimization, Preparation of Escape route and safety equipment layout, Preparation of fireproofing schedule and drawing

• Preparation of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies

•HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, review - co-ordination with consultant and workshop participation.

*Perform Flare radiation and Dispersion studies

•Conversant with the Engineering Stds such as NORSOK and DNVGL-OS, API, NFPA, ASME, BS / EN etc. and Client Stds such as ExxonMobil, Santos, SHELL, NMA and DNV Class rules etc. in oil & gas industry

• Ensure quality by adherence to company's quality document and review of work done by peers/juniors.

Hands on experience in software such as 

• Bow-Tie Software

• PHAWorks, PHAST, Aspen HYSYS
