Accountabilities :
a) HR & ADMIN STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure HR and Admin Activities are executed on time and within the budget.
b) POLICES & PROCEDURES
Develop & implement policies & guidelines for HR & Admin Department.
c) MIS Develop & implement MIS for top management.
d) Labor compliance
KPI
a) 1. Timely recruitment of employees within the budget.
2. Timely arrangement of all admin related services for Hoskote Plant.
b) Effectiveness of policies (& deviations if any).
c) Weekly MIS report without fail

5(A) Education Qualification: - MBA in HR
5(B) Years of experience: - 5-6 Years of experience in Human Resource Sector.
