We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Marketing professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a junior-level, full-time position requiring candidates to have 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves formulating and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth for our clients primarily located in India, the Middle East, and Europe.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill)
• Strong customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Deep understanding of product knowledge relevant to the recruitment and consultancy sector
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders
• Effective time management to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new market opportunities through market research and analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Present and promote company services to potential clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts with clients
• Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards goals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
