Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving export sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and expand market presence.
• Identify and evaluate potential markets and customers for our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Achieve set targets
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Masters Preferred)
• Proven track record of more than 3 years success in export sales, in Packaging bag (FABRIC, PP Woven, non woven) industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
