Job description

Required (Female Candidate)

*Female Candidate* to manage inbound and outbound calls and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and appointments are confirmed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Fluent verbal communication abilities/call center expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
