Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telecaller to join our team on a full-time basis in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of work experience and will play a key role in client interaction and relationship management. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Experience in cold calling with an ability to engage potential clients and present our services effectively.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales processes and customer relations.
- Ability to handle objections with professionalism and tact, ensuring a positive outcome for all client interactions.
- Proven skills in appointment setting to schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and informing them about our recruitment services.
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide information regarding our service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details using CRM software.
- Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring all data is up-to-date and relevant.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with potential clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
