·        Technical trainers prepare, maintain, and teach technical training programs that educate Trainees and help develop their technical skills.

·        Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field

·        Knowing Optical Fiber Cable Route survey, Single line drawing, Trenching, Ducting, Cable Blowing, Splicing, Testing using OTDR & LSPM, Fault Rectification, VLAN configuration, Port Forwarding, FIREWALL, Configuring Layer 3 Switches.

·        Testing and configuring software maintaining and repairing hardware and peripheral devices

·        Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies

·        CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred

·        Technical trainers should have in-depth knowledge and technical aptitude in their field of expertise.

·        They must be excellent communicators and they have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
