Qualification : DME or BE Mechanical

Total Years of Exp. 7 to 10 Years with Machining industry (CNC & VMC) with IATF knowledge

Joining time 30 days 

Salary Range up to 06lpa

JOB PURPOSE

QMS process - IATF 16949:2016 documentation

Sub-Supplier process - Turning vendors

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

IATF 16949:2016 - implementation & Control

Develop & sustain the QMS in overall process

Develop, implement & sustain the QMS in overall process as per IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA MAIN TASK

Use this section to list all the duties and responsibilities specific to the role in order of priority of duties and responsibility first .

IATF 16949:2016 Documentation - Procedure Manual & Apex Manual Preparation & monitoring control. To prepare, review & monitoring of QMS Manual & Procedures.

Preparation of Business Plan.

Monthly Monitoring of Business Plan objectives & all process KPI.

MRM - Collect inputs, prepare MRM report & presentation. Conduct MRM.

Key role in Customer Audit & IATF Audit. Internal Auditor for IATF 16949:2016. To prepare and monitor Customer Audit Action plan.

Sub-supplier (Rough Turning) documentation requirement, analysis & monitoring .

Sub-supplier (Rough Turning) PPAP document preparation & control.

To monitor & review Supplier performance. Monthly rejection PPM & Delivery performance of sub-supplier .

Sub-supplier audit Plan v/s Actual - preparation, Monitoring & implementation. 

To Conduct internal audits adhering to IATF 16949 - System Audit &Process Audit.

To ensure Internal audit activity - (Plan, conduct, Report and close out the audit findings with action plan)

To Conduct Supplier audits adhering to ISO 9001.

To ensure that all required systems and procedures are in place to fulfill customer requirements.
