Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Title: Recruitment Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Relocation from South India Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time



Job brief:


  • Leadership: Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in India, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry to source and place top talent.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities and team performance.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with a strong focus on the oil and gas industry.


Skills:


Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Attributes:

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Preferred: Experience working with clients in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Candidates specifically from South India who can relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat are preferred.
