Qualifications:

1. Experience in process engineering across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Refinery, and Oil & Gas.
2. Expertise in process design for Oil & Gas and Chemical projects at Conceptual, FEED, and EPC stages.
3. Familiarity with international codes, standards, process design guidelines, SOPs, and technical integrity of engineering deliverables.
4. Knowledge of legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as client HSE regulations.
5. Pre-determination of applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations for specific projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of design deliverables in compliance with Process Industry Codes and standards, ensuring ownership and quality.
2. Proficiency in PFD and P&ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valve sizing, and selection.
3. Expertise in process engineering calculations, including PSV calculations and flare network sizing using FLARENET.
4. Development of process datasheets for vessels, pumps, instruments, etc.
5. Knowledge of safety meetings such as HAZOP.
6. Ensuring quality through adherence to company quality documents and regular interdisciplinary checks.
7. Use of Process Simulation tools such as HYSYS, Aspen Plus, HTRI, KORF, AFT, etc.
8. Familiarity with routine software like MS Office.
