Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift In Charge to join our Production Department in Vadodara-Nandesari. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment, preferably within an API Unit. As a Shift In Charge, you will oversee the production activities during your shift, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to address any production-related issues or concerns.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and skill development.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc., B.Sc., or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or BE in Chemical Engineering.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in a production role, with a preference for experience in an API Unit within a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
