• ·        Communicating with Clients, Sales Engineer & HO for Prompt & Timely Services
• ·        Promote Company Products & Services
• ·        Converting Client for AMC
• ·        Servicing the Clients as per TAT Given by the company
• ·        Coordinating with HO for Spares, Ticket Generation or Any Support Required.
• ·        Regular Visit to Clients who have Taken AMC as per Agreement
• ·        Filling & Providing Timely Service Reports
• ·        Responsible for Commissioning of Machines in the Territory Serviced
• ·        Performing Emergency services when required
• ·        Resolve Malfunctions of the machines
• ·        Proper Drafting of Service Reports
• ·        Follow up with the Existing Client for Business.
• ·        Attend Phone Calls of Customers.
• ·        Make All Entries into ERP
• ·        Develop existing clients and generate Service Revenue.
• ·        Ensure Timely payment collection from clients.
• ·        Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
• Should have Technical Service experience
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, confident and determined approach.
• High degree of self-motivation
• Experience in Technical Service will be Desired
