- · Communicating with Clients, Sales Engineer & HO for Prompt & Timely Services
- · Promote Company Products & Services
- · Converting Client for AMC
- · Servicing the Clients as per TAT Given by the company
- · Coordinating with HO for Spares, Ticket Generation or Any Support Required.
- · Regular Visit to Clients who have Taken AMC as per Agreement
- · Filling & Providing Timely Service Reports
- · Responsible for Commissioning of Machines in the Territory Serviced
- · Performing Emergency services when required
- · Resolve Malfunctions of the machines
- · Proper Drafting of Service Reports
- · Follow up with the Existing Client for Business.
- · Attend Phone Calls of Customers.
- · Make All Entries into ERP
- · Develop existing clients and generate Service Revenue.
- · Ensure Timely payment collection from clients.
- · Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
- Should have Technical Service experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, confident and determined approach.
- High degree of self-motivation
- Experience in Technical Service will be Desired
