About the Job
Skills
Education : Graduation, Engineering (civil/mechanical) background are preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years in industries such as Thermal Insulations (for building, metal building and HVAC), Pre-Engineered Steel Building, Pre-coated metal sheets, construction chemicals, Epoxy Flooring, other industrial products, etc.
Product: Thermal Insulation (for building, metal building and HVAC) & Floor Kavach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order management right from inquiry generation, understanding the requirement, assisting product selection, quotation submission, order securing, payment collection, coordinating material dispatch and delivery at site, assistance for installation and handover of site, After sale service.
2. Based at Ahmedabad and travelling to Gandhinagar, Modasaa, Himmatnagar, Mehsana, Surendranagar, Botad etc.. Out station travelling of 10 to 12 days minimum in a month.
AND
2.Based at Surat and travelling to Navsari, Valsad, Vyara, Vapi, Dadar-Nagar Haveli etc.. Out station travelling of 10 to 12 days minimum in a month.
3. Site prospecting, finding new projects for inquiry generation, meeting influence, customers and converting the same into sales.
Job Description:
• Conduct market research to identify Selling Channels (i.e. Distributors, Dealers, Building & Construction Projects) and onboarding of relevant partners.
• Maintain a Records & Database of Distributors, Dealers, Building & Construction Projects
• Organizing sales visits and cold calling to Distributors, Dealers, Direct Turnkey Projects etc.
• Prepare appropriate Demonstration and presentation of our range of products
• Sell, Upsell, Cross-Sell
• Negotiating contracts and packages
•Handle Feedback from Customer, Handle Complaints/Objections, Resolve Complaints
•Build your Sales Funnel – Primary Sales & Secondary Sales
•Achieve Monthly,Quarterly and Annual targets.
