- Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce is required to track sales metrics, manage accounts, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and sales forecasting is essential.
- Ability to utilize lead generation tools to identify and track potential new clients and maintain leads within the sales pipeline.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Experience using communication tools such as Slack and Zoom for effective and efficient team collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management software for organizing and managing sales projects and tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support a client-focused approach in a competitive market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM databases with current and accurate information.
- Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and communicating relevant information.
- Assist in the execution of lead generation campaigns and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of projects and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Track sales targets and report on the status of prospects, clients, and sales projects regularly.
- Ensure that all sales processes align with company policies and enhance customer satisfaction.
