Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Piplaj , Narolgam , Vatva ,odhav , Nikol

Experience: 1-3 years

Industry: Plastic & Packaging

CTC: Negotiable (Based on Current CTC)

Responsibilities:

• Data mining of customer details within the industry.
• Data entry and maintenance of a customer database (old and new customers, prospects, and leads).
• Tele calling to generate leads and prospects, as well as handling incoming inquiry calls.
• Providing the sales team with lead data and collecting feedback on sales closure.
• Implementing feedback and setting up a follow-up mechanism for sales closure.
• Coordinating and confirming orders with the sales team.
• Preparing Proforma invoices.
• Coordinating with the finance department for payment clearance.
• Confirming stock availability with the sales and purchase departments before invoicing.
• Generating final invoices and sending them to the logistics team for dispatch, with follow-up on dispatch status.
• Maintaining and filing invoice copies.
• Maintaining daily MIS (Management Information System).
• Ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
