Job Description ::

We are seeking a skilled Rotary Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with expertise in the design and analysis of rotating equipment used in the oil and gas industry. The Rotary Design Engineer will be responsible for developing detailed designs, conducting analysis, and providing technical support throughout the lifecycle of rotary equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and engines used in oil and gas applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering of rotating equipment systems.
• Perform stress analysis, vibration analysis, and fatigue analysis to ensure the structural integrity and reliability of rotating equipment.
• Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to meet design requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, mechanical engineers, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering drawings for procurement and manufacturing of rotary equipment.
• Provide technical support during the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of rotary equipment at client sites.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices related to rotary equipment design and technology.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the design and development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).

• Knowledge of industry codes and standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
