Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance professional for a full-time position located in Thane. The ideal candidate should possess strong quality assurance and regulatory compliance skills, having hands-on experience in the pharma sector. Prior experience in risk management, documentation control, and auditing is also essential for this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in ensuring pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance (Mandatory skill): In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, guidelines, and standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with pharmaceutical processes.
  • Documentation Control: Strong skills in maintaining and managing accurate documentation required for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Auditing: Expertise in conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Problem Solving: Outstanding problem-solving abilities to address and resolve quality and compliance-related issues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail ensuring that all regulatory compliances are strictly adhered to.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and regulatory bodies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Regularly audit internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for quality assurance protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the quality assurance system and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators.
  • Address and resolve any compliance issues or quality-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's compliance programs are current and effective.




Experience : 3 to 7 years

Salary : 3.00 LPA to 7.00 LPA
