Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter (Oil And Gas) to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for positions in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a Full-Time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for the Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry terminology, roles, and responsibilities
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions in the Oil and Gas industry
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
