Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) to join our team. As a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring), you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring candidates for bulk positions. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment
• Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment process
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of recruitment policies and best practices
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
