Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Management System (QMS) professional to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in relevant fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control, risk management, and process improvement within our operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience in Quality Management Systems.
  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven skills in Auditing (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Risk Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
  • Competence in Documentation Control procedures.
  • Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis.
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement initiatives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and document findings and recommendations.
  • Identify and assess risks that could impact quality objectives and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation control in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across all departments.
  • Interfere with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives and deliverables.
