Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scope plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless scope execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep scope on track.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company HSE policies throughout the scope lifecycle.
• Manage scope budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure scope objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Prepare and present regular scope status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Lead scope review meetings, assess scope performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure that all scope documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for audits or future reference.
• Mentor and develop junior members, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
