Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Production, Production Officer, Senior Chemist, or Shift In charge. This senior-level position will be based at our headquarters in Vadodara and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate should possess key skills in production, API, and AOCP.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in production roles, preferably within the API sector (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge and practical expertise in AOCP (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience as a shift in charge, managing and coordinating production shifts effectively.
• Thorough understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in the role of a chemist with deep understanding of chemical production processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions efficiently.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee a diverse production team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in all production activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage the production team, including training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the senior management to develop and execute production plans and strategies.
• Identify areas of improvement within production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely resolution of any production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for senior management review.
