As an International Marketing Manager in pharma with a focus on Affiliate and International Partners (AIP), your role involves:

1. Developing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in affiliate markets (countries where the company has a local presence) and international partner markets (countries where the company partners with local companies)

2. Leading international marketing teams and collaborating with regional colleagues, affiliates, and partners

3. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends in AIP markets

4. Creating tailored marketing campaigns for diverse regions, cultures, and regulatory environments

5. Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in AIP markets

6. Managing global marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing resource allocation across AIP markets

7. Building and maintaining relationships with international healthcare professionals, organizations, and partners
