Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing daily administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and organizing calendars
• Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handling confidential information and ensuring it is processed in a secure and prudent manner
• Coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations
• Managing travel arrangements, including ticket bookings and accommodations
• Providing customer service and responding to client queries and requests efficiently
• Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary
• Ensuring all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures

Required Experience : 2 to 3 years

Salary : 35K CTC max
