Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly competent and driven Recruiter (Oil And Gas) to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and select qualified candidates for roles in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a Full-Time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting for the Oil and Gas industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas industry terminology, roles, and responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and select qualified candidates for various roles in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their specific requirements and job descriptions
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Leverage various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
