The National Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our road construction equipment. This leadership position involves managing a dynamic sales team, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful promotion and sale of our products.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  3. Experience:
  4. Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the construction equipment industry for 8-12 years.
  5. Industry Knowledge:
  6. Strong understanding of the road construction equipment market and industry dynamics.
  7. Skills:
  8. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  10. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  11. Knowledge of international markets and experience in managing sales teams across different regions is advantageous.
  12. Proficient with MS Office and Google Tools, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
  13. Responsibilities:
  14. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  15. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market.
  16. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  17. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  18. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  19. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
