Job Overview:


The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment who are eager to start their career in human resources. Freshers are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Communication: Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and posting job ads.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
