Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The HR Executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with other department heads to develop and implement strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure they are properly trained and integrated into the organization.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment law, health and safety, and data privacy regulations
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination of employment
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Participate in strategic planning and provide input on HR-related issues and opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in human resources management
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
Experience with HR information systems and other HR-related technology
Working Conditions:
The HR Executive will work in an office environment and may be required to work long hours, to meet project deadlines or attend meetings. The role may require some travel for recruiting or training purposes. The HR Executive will report to the senior member of the leadership team.
