Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. This full-time junior-level position is based in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for supporting HR operations that align with our company objectives across our global recruitment and consultancy services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems to efficiently manage and automate HR processes and data.
- Proven skills in talent acquisition, ensuring the identification and recruitment of top-quality candidates.
- Strong employee relations skills to effectively manage and resolve workplace issues and concerns.
- Experience in performance management to foster and maintain a high-performing work environment.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits management to design competitive packages.
- Knowledgeable in labor law compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all regulations.
- Adept at implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives to support organizational changes and improvements.
