Job Overview:

As an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring for blue-collar positions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to connect skilled workers with rewarding job opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in efficiently managing high-volume recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand blue-collar staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.
2. Source and attract qualified candidates for various blue-collar positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, community outreach, and industry partnerships.
3. Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vocational training centers, community organizations, and other sources to build a strong pipeline of blue-collar talent.

Qualifications:
