Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using various sourcing channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job portals to attract potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on the recruitment progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
